Welcome to Menands School's Online Pre-Registration! To register your child for school, you will need the following documents:
1. Proof of Age (child's birth certificate/passport)
2. Proof of Residency (such as a mortgage statement or lease AND two bills dated within 30 days of residing in the District, which reflect the parent or guardian’s name)
3. A copy of your most recently issued Driver’s License or photo ID
4. Current immunization records
5. Most recent physical examination signed by doctor - Click here to download
If Applicable:
6. If Special Ed, provide IEP/504 Plan
7. Proof of custody if requested or DSS-2999 form if the student is a foster child
After entering all information, submit your session, and the Registrar's Office will review it. Remember to write down the confirmation information!
