Welcome to Menands School's Online Pre-Registration! To get started please download the correct Registration Information Packet below. Once you have reviewed the information, click the "New User" option on the left side of this screen.
To register your child for school you will need the following documents:
1. Proof of Age (child's birth certificate/passport)
2. Proof of Residency (such as a mortgage statement or lease AND a two bills dated within 30 days of residing in District, which reflects parent or guardian’s name)
3. A copy of your most recently issued Driver’s License or photo ID
4. Current immunization records
5. Most recent physical examination signed by doctor - Click here to download
If Applicable:
6. If Special Ed, provide IEP/504 Plan
7. Proof of custody if requested or DSS-2999 form if the student is a foster child
After entering all information, submit your session and the Registrars Office will review it. Remember to write down the confirmation information!
