Welcome! Here at Brushton-Moira Central School, we are making the registration process more convenient for parents by offering it online. By clicking CONTINUE, on the left, you will begin the registration process for your new student/s. If you would like paper forms, please reach out to Karen Armstrong. The following documentation needs to be dropped off or emailed to Karen Armstrong karmstrong@bmcsd.org before your student/s can begin.
- Proof of Residency-Example: Notarized letter from landlord, utility bill, driver’s license
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of custody paperwork if applicable
- Chromebook Paperwork-Signed by both parent and student: Chromebook computer protection.pdf
Below are the health documents/forms that need to be completed or submitted before your student/s begin at Brushton-Moira Central. Records can be faxed to the Health Office at 518-933-5668
