Welcome to the Online Pre-Registration System

**This is only a pre-registration.**  Your child will not be officially enrolled until ALL required paperwork has been submitted and verified by the District Registrar. *If you have previously completed an online registration for a child, you will need to create a NEW online registration for the new child - DO NOT add them to your former online registration.*

To pre-register your child, please complete the following steps:

Step 1:  Fully complete a registration packet that is listed on this page.  Complete one (1) grade-appropriate registration packet for each child that is being enrolled.

The following required documentation will need to be uploaded for each child in the following step:

• Child's proof of age (ie. birth certificate);
• Parent's or Guardian's state-issued photo ID, passport, or government photo identification;
• Three (3) proofs of current residency for the parent/guardian;
• Child's immunization record;
• Child's current physical to be faxed by the doctor's office to (855) 975-2702;
• Grade-level student registration packet;
• Court orders/documentation (ie: custodial paperwork, etc. if it applies);
• Without a court order stating otherwise, both parents listed on the child's birth certificate will have equal access to the child and their records.

Step 2:  Click the CONTINUE button on the left and complete the Online Pre-Registration form.  This will be a step-by-step process for you to fill in your child's information.  You will be required to upload the documents that were listed in Step 1.

Step 3:  Submit your information and write down your confirmation details. Once submitted, you will need to contact the District Clerk, Lisa Schimmenti at (518) 954-2518 or schimmentil@bpcsd.org to set up an appointment to finalize student enrollment.  ALL required documents must be COMPLETE and submitted through the online registration system BEFORE making the appointment with the registrar.
